Upon successful hire, Community Quest requires an up-front fee of $25.00 towards the background check.
Payment can be made below (use add to cart), by credit, debit, or PayPal. You may also stop by our office and pay using cash or money order. Upon the applicant’s successful hire and start, a reimbursement of the $25.00 fee will be refunded in their first paycheck, less the small transaction fee.
